Refunds (if applicable)

If your application for refund is for a reason which is found genuine by us and if you we approve it, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds (Amount)

If you cancel the service which you booked 3 days before the day for which the service was booked by you , you will be eligible for a refund of entire amount of the service which you booked or the payment which you made.

If you cancel the service which you booked between 24 hours before to 3 days before the day for which the service was booked by you or before the scheduled time of the service , you will be eligible for a refund of amount of the service which you booked / or the payment which you made after deduction of half of the amount of visiting charges for the service which you cancel.

If you cancel the service which you booked on the day for which the service was booked by you to 24 hours before the day for which the service was booked by you, you will be eligible for a refund of amount of the service which you booked / or the payment which you made after deduction of the entire amount of visiting charges for the service which you cancel.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
